Marharyta lives in the city of Kyiv. She is 6 years old and is a bright, energetic girl with special needs. She has been diagnosed with Rubinstein–Taybi syndrome, but beyond the medical terms, she is a lively and sincere child with a strong curiosity about the world.

Danyil was born in Odesa, but today he lives in Vinnytsia with his mother, where every day is a small yet meaningful victory. At six months old, after a vaccination, he experienced a sudden regression and lost all the skills he had previously gained. Since then, the family has been tirelessly fighting for every step forward: rehabilitation, examinations, tests, and treatment have become part of their daily life. Danyil has a rare genetic condition — Glutaric Acidemia Type I, as well as hyperkinetic syndrome and spastic tetraparesis. Despite this, he has preserved his bright mind, kindness, and sincere curiosity about the world. He cannot walk, sit, or speak on his own, but he understands everything and greets each day with genuine joy.
He loves walks, being around other children, and colorful musical toys. He is especially fascinated by melody books and developmental toys that help him train his motor skills. Now a 1st-grade student on an individual learning program, Danyil proves every day that love and persistence can create real miracles.

Bohdan Televiak is a 10-year-old boy from Ternopil who lives with autism, yet sees the world in his own beautiful way — through sounds, rhythms, and the silence where music is born. Bohdan plays the sopilka, a traditional flute. But for him, it’s more than a hobby — it’s his voice, his way of connecting with the world. Through music, he expresses emotions that are hard to put into words. Every melody he plays is a story told from deep within his heart. When Bohdan begins to play, a special quiet falls. People stop, listen, and for a moment, they enter his world — a world that is honest, delicate, and deeply real.
Mark Stusiak is a curious little boy from Ternopil. He is 8 years old and the only child in his family. Two and a half years ago, Mark lost his father, who was killed in the war. He now attends 2nd grade and shows a sincere interest in the world around him. Mark has autism spectrum disorder, but that doesn’t stop him from diving deeply into his favorite topics: machines, technology, space, dinosaurs, insects, and animals — all these things fascinate him. Another of his favorite activities is building with construction sets, especially ones that involve intricate mechanisms. Mark has a unique way of thinking, and that is what makes him special. His journey is one of curiosity, attention to detail, and deep inner strength.
Anna Slavyanchuk was born on January 26, 2010. She is 14 years old, currently studies in the 9th grade and lives in the village of Makariv. Anna is an open, friendly, and communicative girl. She has many friends with whom she always finds common ground. In her free time, she loves reading books. For Anna, reading is a way to explore new worlds. She lives with her mother and grandmother, who provide her with love and support.
To overcome the emotional difficulties that were caused by the death of her father, Anna received psychological help online, since there are no specialists in the village where she lives. Now Anna is working through her loss, although this is not easy. The girl dreams of visiting the sea and becoming a reliable support for her mother.
Dmytro Fastivets was born and lives in the town of Kotelva, Poltava region. He is 15 years old and studies at the Poltava Vocational Lyceum, where he is learning the trade of gas-electric welding. Dmytro is hardworking and responsible, already dreaming of a future where he can work and be useful.
In his free time, he loves playing volleyball — his favorite sport, which brings him joy and strengthens his sense of teamwork.
But the hardest trial for him was the news of his father’s disappearance. At his age, Dmytro deeply understands the pain of this loss, as his father’s support had always been a strong foundation in his life. He tries to stay strong, helping his mother and slowly learning to live with the pain in his heart, while still holding on to hope for a miracle.
Ivan Huzarevych was born in the city of Borodianka, Kyiv region, and currently lives and studies in the village of Babyntsi. Ivan is the son of a deceased serviceman and has a sister.
The boy is very active and curious: he enjoys playing tag with his sister, climbing trees, riding his bicycle, and building inventions from LEGO. His hobby is constructing, and he takes great joy in creating his own toy inventions. Ivan dreams of peace on Earth and deeply misses his father.
Yelyzaveta Shevchenko is a 14-year-old girl from the city of Vasylkiv, currently studying in the 9th grade. She is the only child in her family, which makes the warmth of home and close relationships especially precious to her. Liza enjoys reading, cooking, and assembling construction sets — hobbies that allow her to relax and express her creativity.
The news of her father’s loss was a heavy blow for Yelyzaveta. She took it very painfully, as her dad was her role model and source of strength. Yet, despite the grief, Liza finds the courage to move forward thanks to the constant support of her family, who stand by her side and remain her greatest source of comfort and stability.

Anhelina Karbovska is a 7th-grade student living in the city of Vasylkiv, Obukhiv district, Kyiv region, together with her mother. She is a very creative girl who enjoys painting and attending various workshops to learn new skills and express her talents. Anhelina also studies English diligently, dreaming of being able to communicate with people all around the world. She is cheerful and sociable, always happy to spend time with her friends.
But the war took away what she treasures most — her father. He went to defend Ukraine and his family, but sadly, he went missing in action. This became a heavy burden for Anhelina’s young heart, making her more withdrawn and quiet. Still, she deeply misses him while holding on to the hope that one day he will return home, and this hope keeps her moving forward.
Sofiia Shevchuk was born in the city of Smila, Cherkasy region. She is the only child in the family and is currently in the 4th grade. A very creative girl, she loves making things with her own hands, inventing crafts, and bringing her ideas to life. Sofiia has been practicing gymnastics and acrobatics for four years, which she truly enjoys. Her biggest dream is to travel to Bulgaria to compete and achieve the best possible result.
The loss of her father was a devastating blow for the whole family. For Sofiia, this tragic news was extremely painful, leaving deep emotional scars. She went through a lot of stress, as she lost the support and strength she always felt from her father. Despite the grief, the family does their best to surround her with love and care, so she feels supported and has the strength to keep believing in her dreams.
Polina lives in Poninka settlement, Khmelnytskyi region, and studies in the third grade. She is growing up in a large family with three children.
Polina is a very creative and artistic child with a sensitive heart. She loves drawing and enjoys singing. Through art, Polina expresses her emotions, finds inner peace, and discovers joy in everyday moments. Creativity helps her cope with feelings and communicate what she cannot always say in words.
The war brought unbearable pain to Polina’s family — her father was killed. This tragic loss deeply affected the girl and had a strong impact on her emotional well-being. It is extremely difficult for children to come to terms with such a loss, and sadness and tears have become frequent in their home. Polina is now in great need of support, warmth, and reassurance that she is not alone in her grief.
Lorina lives in the city of Mohyliv-Podilskyi, Vinnytsia region, and attends kindergarten. She enjoys drawing, listening to music, and building with various construction toys. She is happy to learn about animals, colors, and everyday objects. She is a very energetic little girl. Her days are full of movement, curiosity, and joyful childhood energy.
Because of her young age, Lorina does not yet understand that her father is missing in action. However, she often remembers him, looking at his photos and videos. In those moments, tenderness and quiet longing appear in her eyes. Lorina’s little heart needs love, care, and a sense of security so that her childhood can remain warm and protected, despite the pain that war has brought into her family.
Tymofii lives in the city of Kovel, Volyn region. He is very passionate about soccer. He attends training sessions several times a week after school and takes part in numerous soccer games, both school-level and regional competitions. He enjoys his training sessions on the field, scoring goals, and helping his team win. Tymofii is working hard to improve his level. Football helps him to stay resilient, focused, and friendly toward his teammates. Tymofiy also enjoys spending time with his friends and constructing Lego sets when time allows.
Tymofiy used to spend a lot of time with his father, who was his support and role model. Sadly, his father was killed in the Russo-Ukraine War while heroically defending his country. For Tymofii, his dad will forever remain the best father and a true Hero.
Alisa is 4 years old. Lives in the city of Kovel, Volyn region. She is a joyful, sincere, and open-hearted little girl who loves to share her smile with the world. Although she is still very young, her childhood has already been touched by deep sorrow. Alisa lost her father in the Russo-Ukraine War in September 2025.
Alisa loves to sing, enjoys drawing, and creating various paper crafts. Creativity helps her express her emotions and find joy in simple childhood moments. Through these activities, she finds warmth and comfort during a time of loss.
Together with her family, she dreams and prays that the war will end soon, that children will be able to hug their parents, that wives will build their future alongside their husbands, and that families will have the chance to raise their children together in love, peace, and safety.
Ivan is 15 years old and lives in Poninka, Khmelnytskyi Region, Ukraine. He is in the ninth grade and has a strong interest in technology. He enjoys learning more about how things work.

Sofia is 16 years old. She was born in the city of Vasylkiv, Kyiv region. She loves to draw and write fairy tales — they are always full of light, because that is what she most wants to keep in her life. She studies well at school, works hard, and tries to stay strong even in difficult moments.
Her father has been defending Ukraine since the beginning of the war. In October 2024, he went missing in action. Since then, Sofia has been living in a state of waiting, hoping and dreaming for his return.
She is very proud of her father. This pride helps Sofia stay strong, even when her heart hurts.
Artem is 10 years old. He is a 4th-grade student and lives in the village of Shevchenkivka, Kyiv region, with his mother and brothers.
